Important Notice: Room bookings made through this system are official. The Mathematics Department office uses this calendar as the authoritative source for all room reservations and scheduling.

The booking system is available at: MRBS Main Calendar

Login Credentials

You should have received a link to create username and password. Use your password to make bookings.

User Roles & Permissions

  • Anyone can view the calendar without logging in.
  • Regular users may create up to five non-recurring bookings.
  • To request a recurring booking, please contact the Mathematics Department office.
