Application for financial support and/or contributed talks is now closed. We will be able to provide financial support to some participants through an NSF Conference grant who applied on or before the April 30th deadline. You may still register to participate in the workshop.

Recommended conference lodging options

The Department of Mathematics at the University of Virginia has negotiated special conference rates at two hotels, the Graduate by Hilton and the Courtyard by Marriott (University Medical Center), near the conference location.
Please make your own reservations through the links for The Graduate Hotel and The Courtyard by Marriott. In each hotel, there are double queen and king options. Sharing a room, especially among junior participants, is encouraged. We will update the registered participants page regularly. If you would like to share a room with someone, one guest will complete the reservation in a double queen, and the room will be removed from inventory once booked. Please make your reservation as soon as you can, as the special rate will expire on June 15, 2026.
Caution: Please be aware of scammers pretending to be conference organizers making hotel reservations for you. We will not be contacting participants for your payment information.
